Table Talks @ Total Wine & More
February 11 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
We’re taking our Coffee Connects topics to the next level with Table Talks! Sheryl has graciously booked us a room at Total Wine & More, giving us the perfect space to gather and chat.
We might possibly be able to get cheese and crackers there, but feel free to bring your own snacks to share and make the evening even more enjoyable. Let’s connect, share, and dive into meaningful conversations together!
For those not familiar, our table talks is a small group, guided conversation centered around a specific topic. It’s a relaxed and welcoming space where you can share insights, learn from others, and dive deeper into meaningful discussions. Whether it’s personal growth, current events, or shared experiences, these sessions are designed to foster connection, spark new ideas, and create those connections within our community.
This month, we’re diving into The Let Them Theory and how its principles can transform relationships. Mel Robbins and her daughter Sawyer share their story of healing a strained bond by letting go of control, practicing compassion, and embracing open communication.
The Let Them Theory encourages focusing on your own responses, understanding others’ perspectives, and creating shared goals to strengthen connections. It reminds us that patience, personal responsibility, and intentional actions are key to improving relationships across all areas of life—be it with family, friends, partners, or colleagues.
As we get closer to the date, I’ll send a reminder email with our guided discussion topic. I LOVED this Mel Robbins episode, check it out here!
