We’ll be meeting at Beebe Library to discuss an inspiring TED Talk, My Year of Saying Yes to Everything, television producer and writer Shonda Rhimes shares how she transformed her life by stepping out of her comfort zone. As the powerhouse behind hit TV shows like Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal, Rhimes was at the peak of her career, fully immersed in what she calls “the hum”—a state of creative energy and drive that fueled her work. However, she eventually found herself burnt out, disconnected, and struggling to find joy.

I will be adding the guided discussions as we get closer to our gatherings.
