Instead of wasting energy trying to change or manage others, the theory suggests adopting a simple mantra: “Let them.” This approach promotes self-focus, emotional freedom, and better boundaries by reminding us to let people be who they are while we focus on living authentically and intentionally. It’s about releasing frustration and embracing peace in situations beyond our control.
